By accessing or using the DealJudge mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

DealJudge provides AI-powered analysis of used car deals. Our Service analyzes vehicle information you provide, including photos, VIN, asking price, and condition details, to generate fair price estimates, repair cost forecasts, risk assessments, and negotiation guidance.

Pricing and Payment

• First analysis: $24.99
• Additional analyses: $9.99 each (within 7 days of first purchase)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes. All sales are final.

Our analyses are generated using artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes or misinterpret information. You are responsible for verifying any information before making purchasing decisions.

Your Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our analysis methods
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose

Intellectual Property

The DealJudge name, logo, and all content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by DealJudge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALJUDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any errors or inaccuracies in our analyses
• Any vehicle purchase decisions you make based on our Service
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
